Wind Finland 2022 will be organized on the 11th of Oct. in Pikku-Finlandia, Helsinki.

Doors open at 8:30 Finnish time (EET / UTC+2) and the seminar starts at 9:30.
Cocktail Session starts at 17:00 and the Networking Evening starts at 18:00.
We’ll close the doors at 22:00.

Location

Pikku-Finlandia, Helsinki

This year the event will be held in Pikku-Finlandia (Little-Finlandia). Little-Finlandia is a beautiful venue in the center of Helsinki, just a few minute walk from the Central Railway Station (local trains from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport).

At the moment, Finland does not impose any restrictions on entry to the country because of the COVID-19 epidemic. All restrictions on entry have been lifted.

Registration & Tickets

Registration

Registration takes place at the seminar entrance – no tickets needed. The cloakroom and lockers can be found in the entrance hall. Registration opens at 8:30am and the service desk serves you until 6pm.

Ticket changes and cancellations

If you need to change the name on the ticket or any other assistance, please contact support@windfinland.fi.

Please note that according to our cancellation terms, cancellations must be made two weeks before the event. However, you can change the name of the ticket or follow the event and network via live stream.

Networking in Wind Finland

Cocktail Session

We invite all our seminar and evening guests to enjoy and network at Cocktail Session right after the seminar. Cocktail session will be held at the Exhibition area form 5pm to 6pm.

Networking App

Seminar- and livestream guests will receive a link to the Networking App on the 6th of Oct. App can be accessed with mobile devices and it helps you to network with other guests. It connects people with the same interests and allows livestream viewers to virtually meet companies in the Exhibition area.

Quiet space

We have reserved a quiet space for networking. You will find meeting tables in the space. You can also arrange meetings in a quiet space at reserved places using the networking app.

Networking Evening

Networking Evening begins at 18:00 in the Exhibition area. Together we enjoy company, good food and drink as well as a musical program. The doors close at 22:00.

Meeting Point

You will find a large Meeting Point sign on the ceiling in the corner of the exhibition area. This makes it easier to find your colleague in a crowd.

Networking event on 10th of Oct

10 October, 2022 at 17:00 – 19:00

Finnish Wind Power Association together with Business Finland invites you to networking drinks on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 17:00 – 19:00 at the Team Finland House, Porkkalankatu 1, 00180 Helsinki.

Main focus is on networking but the program will include a few short presentations from Business Finland, Fingrid, and Finnish Wind Power Association.

Please register as soon as possible as the event venue has a maximum capacity limit of 50 pax.
