Wind Finland 2021 on 8th of Dec.

Wind Finland 2021 will be organized on the 8th of Dec 2021 in Musiikkitalo, Helsinki.

Doors open at 8:30am Finnish time and the seminar starts at 9:20. Cocktail Session starts at 5pm and the Networking Evening at 6pm. We’ll close the doors at 10pm.

Cocktail Session

We invite all our seminar and evening guests to enjoy and network at Cocktail Session right after the seminar. Cocktail session will be held at the Exhibition area form 5pm to 6pm.

Networking Evening

Networking Evening begins at 6pm in the upstairs restaurant and downstairs Exhibition area. Together we enjoy company, good food and drink as well as a musical program. The doors close at 10pm.

Musiikkitalo, Helsinki

This year the event will be held in Musiikkitalo (Helsinki Music Centre). Musiikkitalo is a beautiful venue in the center of Helsinki, just a few minute walk from the Central Railway Station (local trains from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport).

In Musiikkitalo we use Seminar Hall called Paavo with a nearby access to the Exhibition hall and Restaurant. Exhibition hall will also be used for breakfast, lunch, breaks and Networking Evening. In the Networking Evening we have also the upstairs Restaurant in our use.

Virtual Event Platform & Networking App

Seminar- and livestream guests will receive a link to the Virtual Event one week before the event. Virtual Event can be accessed with mobile devices and helps you to network with other guests. It connects people with the same interests and allows livestream viewers to virtually meet companies in the Exhibition area.

Registration

Registration takes place at the seminar entrance – no tickets needed. The cloakroom and lockers can be found in the entrance hall. Registration opens at 8:30am and the service desk serves you until 6pm.

The Covid-19 safety measures

EU Digital COVID Certificate
Finnish authorities have placed new COVID19-restrictions to Helsinki-area. Therefore we ask our guests to prepare to show their certificates at the entrance. Please note that the only approved certificate is an official EU certificate with a readable QR-code (UK: NHS Travel Pass). The certificate is mandatory for all guests, speakers and partners.

Safety measures
We are doing our best to ensure that your visit with us will be as carefree as possible. At Musiikkitalo, we follow all instructions given by the Finnish authorities. In addition, we have a few additional precautions in place. We pay special attention to clearly and visibly instruct all our visitors about our safety measures. You will find our instructions below. Please acquaint yourself with them before arriving at Musiikkitalo.

Stay at home if ill
Please stay at home if you have even the slightest symptoms of flu. Participant on the ticket can be changed even at the event day.

Usage of face masks
We strongly recommend using a face mask Wind Finland 2021. If you don’t have a your own mask with you, you can find masks free of charge at the info desk.

Let’s avoid overcrowding
Please keep a sufficient distance to other guests. Pay special attention to safe distances when queueing.

Pay attention to hand hygiene
Use the hand sanitizer dispensers by the entrances. Signs will guide you to the nearest place where you can wash your hands. If you need to sneeze or cough, please do so into your sleeve or a disposable tissue.
