Registration in the event
Registration takes place in the seminar bus during our trip to Haltia – no tickets needed. If you arrive by car or taxi, please register at the service desk in the entrance hall. The cloakroom and lockers can be found in the entrance hall. Registration opens at 9:00 and the service desk serves you until 18:00.

Cocktail hour for networking
Cocktail hour will be held right after the seminar in the Exhibition hall at 17:00. Open for all the seminar and FWPA Members´Night guests.
Wind Finland Dinner & FWPA’s Members Night
FWPA’s Member’s Night will be held right after the cocktail hour in the Haltia Restaurant. Dinner with local flavors, networking and music is perfect opportunity to network with the people in the industry with guests from over 80 companies.

Directions & transportation
A complimentary seminar-bus takes you from Helsinki Central Railway Station to Haltia in about 35-40 minutes. Seminar busses can be recognised by the “Wind Finland 2019” text and our flags at the bus stops.
