The biggest wind power seminar in Finland gathers over 200 people from at least 10 different countries to learn from the latest winds in the industry and to network. Annual seminar is followed by cocktails and Wind Finland dinner, which makes it a full day of wind power and networking within the industry.
For the time being, we are organizing the event as planned in October in Helsinki, but also prepared to reschedule if the COVID-19 situation would so demand. In case of event to be cancelled, purchased tickets will be refunded or can be changed to live stream tickets.

The organizer of the event, Suomen Tuulivoimayhdistys ry sends an invoice according to the information given on the order form. By accepting these terms the customer has bought the tickets of his / her choice and is liable for paying for them the price agreed on the contract.
CANCELLATIONS
Wind Finland 2020 tickets have a 30 day return policy from the day the tickets are received. After 30 days there will be no refunds. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. However, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party if the ticket has been fully paid. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent to Wind Finland 2020 immediately, at least 14 days before the event. It is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment. Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the event takes place will not be accepted.
ORGANIZERS RIGHTS TO CHANGE THE EVENT DATES IF NECESSARY
In the event of an unexpected incident independent of Wind Finland 2020, Wind Finland 2020 reserves the right to make changes to the date and time for all parts of the event at least one week before the event. If this occurs, Wind Finland 2020 will notify the participants of the new details of the event, which will be organized within six months of the original event. Wind Finland 2020 also reserves the right to make changes to the event at a date less than one week before, if there is a justified reason such as an unexpected problem with the location, or if a speaker is prevented from participating due to a medical emergency or the termination of employment.
