Building Wind Finland 2020 together with

Safety is a top priority in Wind Finland

There’s only a week left for Wind Finland and the arrangements are accelerating. Soon, Musiikkitalo will turn into a dazzling venue bringing together experts and policymakers from ten different countries to network and to learn from the latest winds in the industry.

With 300 participants attending Wind Finland, our top priority is to ensure a safe event for everyone. Due to the changed corona virus situation, we have decided not to organize afterparty after seminar dinner at Musiikkitalo. Instead, we focus on giving our guests the best seminar experience with a stylish evening event, all in Musiikkitalo.

We follow the instructions given by the Finnish authorities carefully and apply all measures needed to ensure safe attendance of our guests in the seminar and the evening event. To enter Musiikkitalo, the guests have to show their COVID certificates at the entrance. The certificate is mandatory for all guests and partners. If feeling ill, the participants are advised to stay at home and to give the ticket to a colleague or to join the seminar via virtual event platform.

At Musiikkitalo, we pay special attention to clearly and visibly instruct all our visitors about our safety measures. We strongly recommend everyone to use face masks and there are face masks available free of charge for the participants. We have also reserved plenty of hand sanitizer and by following signs you’ll find the nearest place where you can wash your hands.

Last but not least, let’s avoid overcrowding by keeping distance to other guests and paying special attention to safe distances when queuing. We have reserved plenty of time for lunch and breaks so that everyone has the time to get food without queuing. In the Networking Evening event, we have also the upstairs restaurant in our use.

With these actions and our staff’s full contribution, we all can enjoy a pleasant and carefree event. Welcome to Wind Finland 2021!
