Schedule
- Partner access to the event opens at 7:30
- Breakfast is served from 8:00
- Doors open for seminar guests at 8:30
- Seminar program starts at 9:30
- Cocktail session at the exhibition hall at 17:00
- Networking evening at 18:00
- Doors close at 22:00

- We ask you to send us printable version of your logo by 4th of May
- Main partner
- Printed wall designs by 4th of May
- Video for the screen by 9th of May

Registration for partners
Please fill in the registration form (on the third tab) for all partners participating in the event.
We hope that you will do this by 4th of May.
Exhibition area
Exhibition hall is located next to the seminar hall. Area will be used for networking, coffee break’s and lunch.
Basics
- Stands are ready-built with tables and furniture
- All stands have electricity in their use (230V).
Schedule
- Exhibition area will open for partners at 7:30 and for the guests at 8:30 in the morning.
- Exhibition area closes at 22:00 and area should be clear at 23:00.
- Lunch will be available for partners 30 minutes before the actual lunch time.
