We ask you to read these material instructions carefully – Welcome to Wind Finland 2022

Event information

Wind Finland 2022 on the 11th of Oct.

Wind Finland 2022 will be organized on the 11th of Oct. in Pikku-Finlandia, Helsinki.

Doors open at 8:30am Finnish time and the seminar starts at 9:30. Cocktail Session starts at 17:00 and the Networking Evening starts at 18:00. We’ll close the doors at 22:00.

Cocktail Session

We invite all our seminar and evening guests to enjoy and network at Cocktail Session right after the seminar. Cocktail session will be held at the Exhibition area form 17:00 to 18:00.

Networking Evening

Networking Evening starts at 18:00 in the Exhibition area and restaurant. Together we enjoy company, good food and drink as well as a musical program. The doors close at 22:00.

Pikku-Finlandia, Helsinki

This year the event will be held in Pikku-Finlandia (Little-Finlandia). Little-Finlandia is a beautiful venue in the center of Helsinki, just a few minute walk from the Central Railway Station (local trains from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport).

Virtual Event Platform & Networking App

Seminar- and livestream guests will receive a link to the Virtual Event one week before the event. Virtual Event can be accessed with mobile devices and helps you to network with other guests. It connects people with the same interests and allows livestream viewers to virtually meet companies in the Exhibition area.

Registration

Registration takes place at the seminar entrance – no tickets needed. The cloakroom and lockers can be found in the entrance hall. Registration opens at 8:30 and the service desk serves you until 18:00.

Ticket changes and cancellations

If you need to change the name on the ticket or cancel your attendance, please contact Vilppu-Valtteri Johansson, vilppu@windfinland.fi.

Exhibition area

Exhibition area

Exhibition area is located right next to the seminar hall. Exhibition area will be used for networking, coffee break’s and lunch.

Blueprint of the exhibition area will be published in August.

Basics

  • Stands and booths have been pre-built. Printed walls, roll-ups, videos and furniture included in the partnership will be ready for your arrival.
  • Marketing material can be sent to the Little Finlandia few days before the event, please contact vilppu@windfinland.fi for this.
  • All stands have electricity in their use (230V).

Schedule

  • Exhibition area will open for partners at 7:30 and for the guests at 8:30 in the morning.
  • Breakfast, lunch and coffee will be available for partners 30 minutes before times announced.
  • Exhibition area is open all day from 8:30 until 23:00 (seminar, cocktail session, networking evening)

All partnerships include a Virtual Partner Booth. For that and the printed materials we need some basic information of your company, contact details, linked company representatives, embedded files and additional features.

  • Company logo
  • Links to social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Website-address
  • Name of the Virtual Booth administrator – Admin can see the analytics, change details and open the Partner Video Conference room.
  • Names of the Company Representatives on the Partner’s Virtual Booth.
  • Names of the Company Representatives on the Exhibition Area.
    • Main partner, Networking partner and Premium partner include 2 exhibition tickets
    • Basic stand include 1 exhibition ticket

In addition to basic details, we can add material/services on the Virtual Booth
