Hello, and welcome to our partner material guidelines! These guidelines cover stands for all our events. Please note that there might be slight variations in content and layouts depending on the specific event. Stands
All our stands come with electricity. Each stand includes a specific number of Partner tickets. You’re welcome to bring your materials to the stand, but please ensure all materials are fire-safe to Finnish safety standards in public spaces. We also request that you consider the environmental effects when bringing materials. Stands come with a roll-up, a wall element, or both. If you wish, you can take these materials with you (note: wall frame not included). Additional displays and catering can also be ordered. Due to Finnish legislation, you are not permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages or unwrapped foods to your stand.

- Roll-up (85 x 200cm) – You can bring your own or send us the material. You can take the roll-up with you when you leave.
Premium Partner

Includes:
- Wall element (225 x 225 cm) – Provided by us with your material
- Roll-up (85 x 200cm) – You can bring your own or send us the material. You can take the roll-up with you when you leave.
- Bar table (110cm high, 60cm wide – birch top)
- Coffee table (72cm high, 60cm wide – birch top)
- Two chairs
- Dark violet carpet
Main Partner
Booth dimensions:
- 6 x 2,5 meters
Includes:
- Two wall elements (225 x 225 cm) – Provided by us with your material
- One side wall element (30 x 225cm) – Front left
- Screen (350 x 200 cm)
- Two bar tables (110cm high, 60cm wide – birch top)
- Coffee table (72cm high, 60cm wide – birch top)
- Two chairs
- Dark violet carpet
Our partner stands include a roll-up, a wall element, or both. Alternatively, you can bring your roll-up. You can take the roll-up and wall canvas with you after the event for future use.

Width: 850 mm
- Height: 2000 mm
- Bleed: 5 mm (You can add an extra 50mm to the top and the bottom of the material just to be sure. These parts will go inside the frame of the roll-up.)
- Instructions: Resolution: 150-300 dpi, Color: CMYK, Color profile: ISO Coated v2 (ECI)
- Preferred file: Print-ready PDF in right dimensions with bleed, without cutting marks.

The video will play on repeat. You can also use powerpoint-presentation or multiple videos. Materials can be presented from your own laptop (HDMI) or transferred to a usb-memorystick (no .pptx). There can be an audio with a reasonable volume.

Format: .png / .jpg / .mov / .mp4 / .pptx
Video Ads
Main partner: Exhibition area max. 30 seconds, Seminar hall max. 30 seconds.
Premium Partner: Exhibition area max 15 seconds.
Video ads will be played on the big screens in the Exhibition and the Seminar halls. Seminar hall videos include audio, exhibition area has no audio. Please note that Wind Finland Oulu doesn’t have an exhibition area screen.

Networking App
Wind Finland & Wind Finland Offshore
Each partnership includes a Virtual Partner Booth. You have the option to include basic information about your company, contact details, linked company representatives, embedded files, and additional features. The Virtual booth can be accessed through the networking app and also visited by livestream guests.
Basic information about the company
- Company name
- Slogan
- Description (about one paragraph)
- Company logo
- Links to social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
- Website-address
- Name of the Virtual Booth administrator – Admin can see the analytics & change details
- Names of the Company Representatives on the Partner’s Virtual Booth.
In addition to basic details, we can add material/services on the Virtual Booth
- Videos (YouTube-link / file to be downloaded to server)
- Links to websites
- Presentations
- Service / product introductions
We recommend using OneDrive/GoogleDrive/WeTransfer for sending the materials.
