Musiikkitalo, Helsinki

This year the event will be held in Musiikkitalo (Helsinki Music Centre). Musiikkitalo is a beautiful venue in the center of Helsinki, just a few minute walk from the Central Railway Station (local trains from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport).

In Musiikkitalo we use Seminar Hall called Paavo with a nearby access to the Exhibition hall and Restaurant. Exhibition hall will also be used for breakfast, lunch, breaks and Networking Evening. In the Networking Evening we have also the upstairs Restaurant in our use.

Local Finnish cuisine

Our event offers a light breakfast with a smoothie and coffee. We have set aside plenty of time for lunch, where we will serve roasted arctic charr in addition to the appetizers. A small sweet or salty snack is available during the coffee break.

In the cocktail session, we serve sparkling wine.

Networking Evening includes a buffet dinner. In addition to the appetizers, we serve game – elk fillet with port wine sauce. We also offer a vegetarian option and try to accommodate special diets as best as possible. Dinner includes two pours of wine.

The Musiikkitalo-bar opens in the Exhibition area at 5 p.m. and serves until the evening.

Registration

Registration takes place at the seminar entrance – no tickets needed. The cloakroom and lockers can be found in the entrance hall. Registration opens at 8:30am and the service desk serves you until 6pm.

Guest list

Guest list will be published and sent to all participants on the 25th of April.
