Renewed Wind Finland 2020
Wind Finland – the biggest wind power seminar in Finland gathers over 200 people from more than 10 countries to network and learn from the latest winds in the industry. After three years surrounded by nature in Haltia, this year Wind Finland is brought to the heart of Helsinki to Musiikkitalo – a modern environment for a modern seminar. The seminar day in 2020 is one again filled with much discussed topics from the field of politics, research, and Finnish wind power. This year for the first time we also offer a high-quality stream from Wind Finland with online networking possibilities.
Wind Finland 2020 on 7TH of October will introduce the topics like pathway to climate neutrality and health effects of wind turbine and road traffic noise on people living near wind turbines. Also, the results of the Government lead Finnish infrasound health study will be introduced and discussed. More topics will be announced soon!
In Musiikkitalo, Helsinki, the visitor can experience Wind Finland to the fullest. In addition to great speakers the day is full of networking face to face and online and will be followed by cocktails and the official Wind Finland dinner. For the time being Wind Finland 2020 is organized as planned in 7th of October, but the event is also prepared to be rescheduled if the COVID-19 situation would so demand. In case of cancellation, there will be online event streamed and purchased tickets will be refunded or can be changed to live stream tickets.
