The organizer of the event, Suomen Tuulivoimayhdistys ry sends an invoice according to the information given on the order form. By accepting these terms the customer has bought the tickets of his / her choice and is liable for paying for them the price agreed on the contract.

CANCELLATIONS

Wind Finland 2019 tickets have a 30 day return policy from the day the tickets are received. After 30 days there will be no refunds. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. However, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party if the ticket has been fully paid. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent to Wind Finland 2019 immediately, at least 14 days before the event. It is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment. Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the event takes place will not be accepted.

ORGANIZERS RIGHTS TO CHANGE THE EVENT DATES IF NECESSARY

In the event of an unexpected incident independent of Wind Finland 2019, Wind Finland 2019 reserves the right to make changes to the date and time for all parts of the event at least one week before the event. If this occurs, Wind Finland 2019 will notify the participants of the new details of the event, which will be organized within six months of the original event. Wind Finland 2019 also reserves the right to make changes to the event at a date less than one week before, if there is a justified reason such as an unexpected problem with the location, or if a speaker is prevented from participating due to a medical emergency or the termination of employment.
